We always aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible and expected delivery times are shown on each product and during checkout.
Many licence keys are generated at the time of checkout and delivered instantly via email to the provided address, some products will be fulfilled directly by suppliers so don’t be surprised if an email arrives directly from the supplier. Any email messages can experience delays as they progress through various servers within the internet that are out of our control, if the product isn’t delivered within 24 hours please contact our support team and we will be able to check if there are any problems with the order.
If you are pre-ordering an item that is currently not in stock, this will be clearly displayed on the product page before you order, along with the estimated date for dispatch. If for any reason the goods do not become available by the date specified, we will contact you as soon as possible.
